The Leading Hand will liaise with a wide variety of professionals including management, subcontractors and suppliers. Working with a team focus and the willingness to continually improve Classic Cabinetry’s overall production and delivery will see you excel within our company. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage a team and a portfolio of projects simultaneously, experience in the joinery/cabinet making industry in a similar position is also required. Full-time position, hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Job tasks and responsibilities
• Manage, control and oversee aspects of the joinery factory
• Working collaboratively with and to manage the joinery team
• Create accurate lists of materials for projects
• Quoting jobs across the Great Southern region
• Develop relationships with suppliers and pursue new opportunities
• Meeting deadlines is crucial
• Ensure quality is always of a high standard
• Overseeing production and installation
